1. Ensure all users remove their footwear (except socks), and any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects from their person, such as buckles, pens, knives etc, spectacles are best removed. Children with face paints are not allowed on castles as Paints soil/stain fabric.
2. Ensure that the unit is not used when wet.
3. Ensure that the users using the unit at the same time should be all of similar size and ability.
4. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is to assist users with access on to and off the unit.
5. Do not allow anyone to climb or hang on the outside walls of the equipment.
6. Do not allow users who are taller than the outside walls when standing on the inflated bed to use the unit.
7. Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
8. Do not allow allow the unit to become overcrowded.
9. Do not relocate the inflatable. It has been positioned in a location that has been assessed for risks by our personnel. If it must be moved for safety reasons, deflate it, remove and disconnect the blower and lift the inflatable - do not drag it (this can be done with a person lifting each corner).
10. No smoking, fires or barbecues to be used near inflatable.
11. Do not locate or relocate the inflatable near to hazardous areas such as fences, posts or any other solid objects that would cause injury if fallen on.
12. Please warn children of the tie down points and make the area behind the inflatable, where the electrical blower is sited, out of bounds for children. (This area will be cordoned off as standard)
13. Consider medical conditions of the children using the equipment. Asthmatics and children with special needs may require additional supervision while using this equipment.
14. Ensure there is adequate First Aid equipment available before using the equipment.
15. Prevent careless or reckless behavior or intentional rough play including recklessly colliding with other users.
16. The inflatable must be returned in an acceptable condition, i.e. clean, unsoiled and undamaged. If it is badly soiled or damaged The Hirer will be expected to pay an additional charge to cover the repair\cleaning costs.
The Company accept no responsibility for any injury received while playing on our equipment.
17. There are limits as to the number of children on each castle. Limits will be explained to you dependant on which castle you hire
18. No Face Paints, Hair Dyes or silly string are allowed on or near the castle, as these can permanently stain and damage the castle
